Returns and exchange details

All my items are created at time of purchase and I do not keep stock. Therefore, as a small business returns can be costly to me. Please ask questions before ordering to avoid extra costs and hassles on both sides.

The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us and we strive to make each customer experience a positive one. Sadly since many of our items are breakable accidents can happen. If you receive a product from our shop that is damaged please contact us for a replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt.

We will gladly give refund for item only or make an exchange within 7 days of receipt of item (*with the exception of customization or if we personalize your item) as long as the item is sent back in new and in unworn, unused, unlaundered condition, with no pet hair, and no fragrance, same condition it was shipped to you. If we receive an item in this condition we will contact you to see if you want your item back, or refund you your money minus 20% to cover the cost of the item we will no longer be able to sell.

On each clothing listing I put the measurements of the shirt to ensure you are getting the right fit... my shirts do run small!!! Check our sizing chart before placing your order. Please ask questions if you are unsure of your size before ordering.

Due to the personalization of these items we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless there is an error on our part. Please keep this in mind when you are ordering. Contact us with any questions.
