Description

All Shook Up
11/100

From the first time he heard the dulcet tones of the King, Robby had one mission: to be that cool.

He learned all the songs, belting out renditions of “Blue Suede Shoes” dur- ing his job as a dishwasher. He grew out his sideburns and slicked his hair forward in a gravity-defying curl. He learned to swivel his hips in a way that many would consider obscene.

King Robby was a man of passion...and Elvis was always on his mind.

ALL SHOOK UP is part of the 100 Stories project, begun in September 2015, consisting of 100 un-pre-planned, intuitive paintings on 6x6" canvases. They are largely acrylic, occasionally containing other media here and there (watercolor, inks, collage, graphite, etc.), and are on gallery-wrapped canvas with painted sides so they can be hung straight out of the box.

All of the Stories pieces come wrapped in acid-free bags, packaged with a copy of the story on cardstock. They are one of a kind.

All effort has been made to display accurate color; your monitor settings, image compression, and the way the wind's blowing that day can all affect your display, however. It's pretty darn close, though, from here. It'll look great with your couch.

Returns and exchange details

All sales are final, unless the post office gremlins decided to play field hockey with your stuff. Get in touch with me if that happens and I'll do my best to make you as happy as I can.

Shipping policies

At this time, I can only ship physical items to the domestic USA. (Leaving the house to go to the post office requires pants, and I'm boycotting pants. Because pants.) Luckily, some of what's here is digital, so shipping won't be much of an issue, no matter where you live. <3
