Love this pattern! My friend and I each made a pillow with our square of fabric. I call mine the Whoville pillow. Thank you for the pattern. Your instructions were great and this was so easy to get creative with.
These are fabulous! Thank you for sharing!
I had seen this quilt at a quilt show and wanted to make it. I was so glad to find the pattern here. I have since purchased the add on for famous buildings. Thanks. Jan
I've really enjoyed working with this pattern. Made a small table cloth and two cushion covers so far and all out of stash materials!!
I loved building my houses. The rest has been kind of tedious. When I basted my circle I didn’t know to baste it to the background. Then. I added the roofs before stitching the decorative lines so that makes it harder. I will love the finished piece I’m sure.
Easy to download. I did think there was going to be a little more to the pattern- but very well written instructions for a someone not familiar with making a Dresden plate. I would suggest a creator to cut out different roofs, doors and windows out of paper to find the best size and placement for your houses to give them all a personality. It is a fun project.
