Please be aware that placing your print in a location that receives a lot of direct sunlight may result in fading over time. To preserve the longevity of your print, please hang it in a well lit location, which doesn't receive regular direct sunlight. Alternatively you can mount your print in a sun safe frame.

My order didn't arrive in time for my occassion!

If you are ordering something for a specific occasion, please allow a good amount of time for the item to be delivered. I will not accept returns for items that were shipped on time, but did not arrive in time for the occasion. Unfortunately I can't control the postal system but I will endeavour to get your order posted as soon as possible to try and meet your deadline.

Shipping times and refunds

International Shipping estimates are always longer than domestic shipping estimates. For this reason I will issue refunds for orders that are lost in the post after 25 working days to ensure that it has not just been held up in the postal system.

- Printed on 200 GSM semi-gloss high resolution paper. This high quality paper has a great semi-gloss finish, which holds details and colours superbly whilst keeping lines sharp and fills deep. My original designs are printed and packaged in house in my small home studio in the Midlands of England.

- All prints are produced using genuine Epson Claria Inks. These produce results that are water, smudge and fade resistant.
