All orders are handmade and processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email as soon as your order is on its way to you! Please check our estimated shipping times for your specific country.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard and is not a trackable service. Select 'Upgraded Express & Tracked' shipping at the checkout for a trackable service!

Please contact us ASAP so we can make a note of this and ship to your correct address. Please note it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct & full shipping address is provided as this cannot be changed once despatched.

If a wrong or incomplete address has been given and your item has been despatched, unfortunately we cannot send replacement orders or issue refunds for this. If this has happened please contact us to discuss.

As all of our jewellery will arrive either in a small drawstring gift bag or on a presentation card, our items make the perfect gift!

If multiple items are purchased however, some may be packaged together. If you would like an individual bag for each item simply send us a message when placing your order, or include an order note for us!

For bulk order enquiries please send us an Etsy message or email us at inthemomentuk@hotmail.com. We can then discuss prices and shipping options, and create a unique listing for you!

Please note bulk orders are only permitted for use outside of Etsy, we do not allow customers to purchase our handmade jewellery to then sell on another Etsy Shop due to intellectual property infringement. Thank you!

We welcome custom orders! Please do not hesitate to send us a message if you would like to discuss having an item custom made - whether this be an item in a different length, a pendant on a different cord/chain or a new piece altogether, we will be happy to help!

Please note all custom orders are non-refundable.
