All orders have flat rate shipping, so you can purchase as many items as your like for a flat rate.

Australia - $12.00 AUD, you can upgrade to express at checkout

International starts at - $22AUD and is dependent on the country it is being shipped to.

For all custom orders, payment is required up front. The item will not be made until payment is received.

If an order is cancelled once the item is made, but before shipping you will pay a cancellation fee of 50%

Please note that majority of my item use plated metal.

So it will tarnish over time, which I think adds to the boho-ness of the item.

It will also tarnish and not last as long if you immerse it in water. Please note that no jewellery is "waterproof".

A lot of love and care has gone into every piece of jewellery I make, so please treat with love and care as well :)

All items over $25 AUD comes with a gorgeously rustic jewellery bag. Items under this, come in a cellophane bag.

All orders are gift wrapped (see photos for an example). 1 gift wrap
is included in all orders.

I can include a note at no extra charge - please leave details in the comments box before checkout.

If your order is "Returned To Sender" due to incorrect address or order not being picked up at your post office, you will incur a shipping charge to resend it to you.

I do accept the return of items. Please see above for the terms of conditions in regards to the times frames and contact me prior to the return for approval.

When the Alliecat Shop is showing a sale it will be for the time period as per the Announcement Section.

The discount will not apply to any and all sales before and after the sale dates.

Once your order has been shipped it is out of my hands. I cannot refund in this situation. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Shipping may take a lot longer to get to you, this is out of your and my hands, you will need to be patient.

Please note I cannot know about what it happening in your specific country. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me.

If you find yourself in the situation that your order tracking states it has been delivered and you do not have it there are some steps you need to:

1. check with the people in your residence, that they did not place it somewhere for you.

2. check with your neighbours, especially in unit/apartments, just in case it was placed in the wrong letter box.

3. Australia - lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. USA - contact your local post office. I am unable to do this for you.

In the case that your local post office says it was delivered correctly, I am unable to refund or replace the item, as it can be assumed it was stolen.

This can happen from time to time and is currently happening due to COVID19.

There are several things that can be done

1. If your parcel is tracking and moving to different locations, you can wait a little longer to see if it turns up.

2.If your tracking has not moved for a few weeks, definitely get in contact with me and I can lodge an enquiry for you. I do this for you as there is information that I have that is required for lodgement.
