Alliecat is traveling around Australia so delivery times are estimates.

My shop is currently open to orders within Australia as well as to the USA, Canada and New Zealand.

All orders have flat rate shipping with tracking, so you can purchase as many items as your like for a flat rate.

Please note there are major delays domestically and internationally.

Once your order has been shipped it is out of my hands. I cannot refund in this situation. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Shipping may take a lot longer to get to you, this is out of your and my hands, you will need to be patient.

Please note I cannot know about what it happening in your specific country. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me.

For all custom orders, payment is required up front. The item will not be made until payment is received.

If an order is cancelled once the item is made, but before shipping you will pay a cancellation fee of 50%

Please note that majority of my designs use plated metal, so it will tarnish over time, which I think adds to the boho-ness of the item.

I do recommend not wearing any jewellery in water (especially sea water) and whilst wearing any perfume or creams as it will tarnish the metal and may corrode the metal leading to it breaking . Please note that no jewellery is "waterproof".

All jewellery should be taken off at night to ensure it doesn’t get caught which may cause it to break.

All orders over $25 AUD comes with a gorgeously rustic jewellery bag. Items under this, come in a cellophane bag.

I can include a note at no extra charge - please leave details in the comments box before checkout.

If your order is "Returned To Sender" due to incorrect address or order not being picked up at your post office, you will incur a shipping charge to resend it to you.

Please note that I am traveling around Australia. All return to sender orders are sent to a PO Box in Adelaide, Australia. It will take between 2-5 working days for the item to be retrieved and inspected. It will then take another 2-5 working days for the item to be resent out once payment of the shipping charge has been received

Please ensure you address is correct at the time of ordering.

As I am traveling around Australia, my returns process has changed.

All items are handmade by me and are thoroughly inspected with strength testing prior to being shipped out.

If your item is faulty please contact me with clear and bright photo's of the issue that have not been edited and we can discuss a solution.

Please note due to traveling, all returns are sent back to a PO Box in Adelaide which a representative will need to go to and inspect the item prior to a refund being given. Please allow for this to occur. See my Return To Sender Policy for timeframes.

When the Alliecat Shop is showing a sale it will be for the time period as per the Announcement Section.

The discount will not apply to any and all sales before and after the sale dates.

If you find yourself in the situation that your order tracking states it has been delivered and you do not have it there are some steps you need to:

1. check with the people in your residence, that they did not place it somewhere for you.

2. check with your neighbours, especially in unit/apartments, just in case it was placed in the wrong letter box.

3. Australia - lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. International - contact your local post office. I am unable to do this for you.

In the case that your local post office says it was delivered correctly, I am unable to refund or replace the item, as it can be assumed it was stolen.

This can happen from time to time and is currently happening due to COVID19.

There are several things that can be done

1. If your parcel is tracking and moving to different locations, you can wait a little longer to see if it turns up.

2.If your tracking has not moved for a few weeks, definitely get in contact with me and I can lodge an enquiry for you. I do this for you as there is information that I have that is required for lodgement.
