Camellia's Plan will divide your purchase into 3 equal payments through PayPal, interest-free.

We have a 30 days return policy for customers who aren't satisfied with their purchase, at which point they'll be able to choose between a return or an exchange.

1. In case of a return we charge 15% of the total price to cover the shipping, handling and production expenses.
2. In case of an exchange we will not charge 15% for shipping, handling and production fees.
3. In case the product came to you defective or damaged we will not charge the 15% shipping, handling and production fees. In such a case, you will get a full refund as soon as the product is returned to us.

We need 7-10 business days to produce most of our rings and make them ready for shipping, all of our rings are handmade to order.
Custom orders, special two-tone gold rings or changes require more time for handling. For these items the handling time is 21-28 business days.

The shipping is very fast and fully insured. We ship with BRINKS via FedEx which makes the shipment very secure. The delivery time usually takes 1-3 business days to the US and about 3-4 days to the rest of the world.

All of the diamonds we use are diamonds we've purchased at the Israeli Diamond Exchange from the most trusted and certified suppliers. We only work with high quality and certified diamonds and all of them are 100% legally imported, conflict free and labor friendly in strict accordance with the Kimberley Process.

Additionally, all of our rings can be made with a moissanite stone or a gemstone. Please contact us to get a quote for nearly any gemstone.

Generally speaking, there are customs fees that need to be paid for jewelry that's shipped to countries other than the US.
The responsibility for customs and taxes is on the buyer, so it's important that you're aware of the fees that you'll need to pay, which is something that we have no control over.

Yes. We provide our in-house professional appraisal/certificate of authenticity with every piece of jewelry we sell.
This report includes a full description of the piece (stating the quality of the materials, grades etc.) including its picture and the retail replacement value for the insurance company.
The appraisal will be sent to you inside the package.

The ring that I ordered was exactly like what was seen in the photo. Ben walked me through every detail in ordering and dealing with customs and kept the lines of communication open to the very end. When U.S. customs called, everything was in order. All I had to do was print out, sign, scan and email the signed form back to the email address provided.
