We put a lot of efforts in the design process of a custom made piece. First we do a sketch and then we turn it into a 3d mock-up. After your confirmation, we are starting the production of the real piece. Such a process can take more than three weeks and a lot of resources on our side so please take it in mind when you starting such a process with us.

We ship with Brinks via FedEx which makes the shipment very secure. The delivery time usually takes 2-4 business days to the USA and about 3-4 days to the rest of the world. If a transaction is cancelled after three days from the day it was ordered, we have the right to deduct from the amount paid a cancellation fee of 5% of the total price of the item.
