Double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottles designed to keep liquids cold or hot all day with no condensation.

Returns and exchange details

If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us first and give us the opportunity to fix or replace an order. Customer satisfaction is our most important priority. If damaged in shipping, please send photos of the damaged item(s) in a convo - this helps with insurance claims with the shipper.

Shipping policies

We use the US Postal Service, Priority Mail for 90% of our shipping. USPS guarantees 2-3 day delivery with priority mail. Select orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS.

You have 5 days from the delivery date (per tracking information) to report broken products. If you are not available to inspect the contents within that time frame, please ask someone to inspect it for you.**No Exceptions** Since glass is so fragile we must put a limit on the amount of time we are liable for any damages.

If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please contact me ASAP (within 5 days of package delivery). Please send photos of the damaged item(s) in a convo, this helps with insurance claims with the shipper. I will replace the item(s) free of charge as soon as possible.

If for any reason the address you entered on the order was incorrect and your package is returned to us we will contact you ASAP. A custom listing will be set up for you to purchase the return postage with a new shipping address.
