Oh my gosh how I have needed this form!
When I am selling my creative products from my Work Necklaces store, oftentimes either I have someone who wants a bunch of different ones all together for presents or they want to have a custom order done.
And I have been guilty of writing them down on tiny little sticky notes and then struggling to find them later. But that is all in the past! NOW I can just print out this custom order form and get started. There are plenty of spaces for my "normal" products and a place to write down the custom orders!
