Description

Slick City II is a 3'x3' contemporary, urban, acrylic, abstract painting. This painting is the second of a series of abstract pieces that subtly suggests in bold colors the liveliness and loneliness of the city. This piece plays on the emotion of the viewer by freeze framing the sleepless city in colors that are far from warm and vibrant, but instead cool, somber, melancholy. The reflective lights intimate moisture, dew, drizzle, tears and gloom indicative of loss, anguish and hopelessness too often associated with city living.

This painting is ideal for the bachelor, the businessman, and the young and ambitious just starting out with a studio apartment or condo.

All pieces are gallery wrapped on sturdy 2" frame and are pre-wired, ready to hang.

Special care is taken to bubble wrap all paintings and package them in sturdy cardboard painting / mirror boxes specifically designed for fragile piece shipping.
