Returns and exchange details
I try to ship pretty quickly but if you need to cancel an order please contact me right away. I do not accept returns on any print or card orders once they have shipped. That said, I want you to love your stuff so please contact me if you have any issues! If your order arrives damaged, I will happily replace it once the damaged items are returned. Please document damaged packaging before you open it and return mailer along with the damaged goods. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless items were insured.

In most cases, I ship within 2-4 days via USPS First Class. This provides a tracking number but no insurance. If you would like me to use another company for shipping and/or add insurance to your order, please let me know BEFORE you check out so I can adjust the shipping costs accordingly!
If you are in a hurry, let me know! I'll do my best to accommodate whenever possible.
If you are not in the US please convo me and we can discuss international shipping options.
