Description

This sculptural accessory or Wearable Art piece begins with
Slicing a very costly Browning Gearbelt pulley from an industrial machine, Solidly welding a belt stud and loop and finally topping off with brass or copper appointments. These distressed industrial heavyweight Heirloom grade belt buckles are one of a kind

Each gap between teeth has been honed out further to create a blatant "cog" look all the way around.

3 choices:
***Large brass ring w/ Acrylic gem /polished/ (Will put either Faceted: Red, blue, yellow, Purple, Green, dark blue or a non faceted Cabochon Light blue
***500 Magnum /distressed (no gem)
***Thin copper ring /distressed (no gem)

These belt buckles have a much larger diameter loop that prevents belt gouging by being thicker and less "wire like". It is far less likely to "cut" your belt on the bend unlike most other belt buckle loops.
(if you have a very expensive, high quality full grain belt, you will appreciate this thicker diameter loop over most other belt buckle loops)

My models are intended to be used in a manner of passing the belt "behind" the D ring of the buckle and tucked behind the rest of belt when being fastened around the waist. My loops are not intended to have the belt come through the loop a second time. If you have any questions I can easily send you a picture of this method.
This is to keep the belt as low profile as possible

Will accommodate belts up to 1 3/4'' in width and 1/4'' thick skived and non skived.

FAQs

I am a one man operation. I do not buy in bulk and re-list at higher prices like many others do on etsy. I cannot offer wholesale prices as each unit takes hours to complete and I can only do 1-2 units per day at best. usually only 1.
To a degree Yes, I can do this. Periodically on certain models I will stop the process, and take photos. I will then ask for YOUR feedback as to what you would like if options arise. This enables YOU the ability to instruct my hands to do a specific thing to your liking.
Also please feel free to email about possible alterations on existing models. Something might be possible.
If by any chance you cannot get a feel for how large something is, just let me know. I will send weight or size specifics in an email.
I do not offer gift wrapping or packaging.
