I love this backpack, and decided to buy the exact same bag to replace the old one because if it can hold up for 6 years, through college, multiple trips abroad, and plenty of abuse, then I know it's a good quality bag. It's well worth the price.

All returns/exchanges must be verified by us via email before the item is mailed back. The return/exchange shipping charge is paid for by you and we pay to ship the new exchange item back to you. For returns, a refund will be issued ONLY for the purchase price, your original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
If you received FREE SHIPPING for your purchase you WILL be charged a return shipping fee for any returned or exchanged item. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and paying for any new shipping charges to exchange the item. If returning then a refund will be issued for the original purchase price MINUS our original shipping charge.
