All orders placed after these dates might not make it to their destination in time! All shipping is standard, and untrackable unless stated or requested otherwise. However, I can't promise any guaranteed delivery dates due to customs clearances in the country of the product's destination.

Once the payment of your order is fulfilled, your order will be shipped within one week from the day of the money transfer. franje design cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to your order during transport, however I will make sure your order is well packed for its long journey.
All shipping prices in this shop are for untrackable deliveries. If you wish to have your order shipped insured or trackable, you should contact me so I can arrange that and give you a different price quote for shipping.
International customs in your country may intercept packages that travel outside of the EU. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about that and additional costs that may be caused by interception are for the buyer.
Please make sure the address you fill in in the shipping information on Etsy is correct. This will be the address your order will be shipped to. franje design is not responsible for mistakes made with filling out the address forms and orders getting lost accordingly.

Personal information provided by the buyer will never be provided to other parties.

Guarantees
Most fabrics franje design works with are printed on a heavy organic cotton fibre. When the product is used intensively, these fibres may damage due to the eco-friendly printing process. Franje design cannot be held responsible for characteristics of wear.

Colours of ‘real-life’ products may differ slightly from the ones you see on your screen, for every screen is different. Also, every bulk of fabric that is printed may differ in colour slightly to another one. Therefore, the colours you see on your screen are always an estimate of the ‘real-life’ ones.

Safety
The products that are sold by franje design are not toys and therefore not suitable for small children. Franje design cannot be held responsible for any damage (physical or material) or accidents that might happen when you give these products to little children.

Custom orders
Customers can always send a custom request if they desire. In consultation, both parties will find a way to make things happen.
