Description

Elit 4th Series- 1 of 9, Abstract Acrylic Painting and Frame on Plaster Tile, Wall Art, 5 in x 5 in

Elit is an individual, a statement of originality. Much like a fingerprint, snowflake, or grain of sand Elit embodies the original spirit. With all of humanities flaws, from personal to societal, we are unbelievably and wonderfully unique. The flow of dominos throughout unperceived history that came about through seemingly random occurrences to make each and every one of us is conceptually mind-blowing. Of all the mass of atoms that came together to make us, to make our cautiousness, to give us the power of our senses, to gain a primordial understanding of our surroundings and universe breaks some and empowers others. However, we are humankind bound together through our tenacity for life and existence. Elit is the abstract representation of this concept. They are all created in the same process. The paint is dropped in a fluid medium and spreads according to its own device making it its own original unique flavor and style. The artist can only guide the experience.

This is the artist’s interpretation of this series, but you may have a different experience. Let us know what you experience on 221bStudio Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/221BStudioLLC/

The Elit Series is an original abstract cast plaster, painting, and frame by Michael Trent Martin, owner of 221B Studio (www.221bstudio.com) in Denver, Colorado. It measures 5 in x 5 in. The plaster tile is an original casted tile from a rubberized mold originally created for Sonam Chess Set created in 2014 by Michael Trent Martin. The Plaster tile is painted with acrylic and sealed using an acrylic finish. The frame was made as an original artwork from wood painted in acrylic and sealed with an acrylic finish. The backside is labeled with the title, production number, artist stamp, and artist signature.

Each sold separately. There are only 9 tiles per series. Each tile is sold separately. Other series are available and will be sold in the Etsy store. Please contact for special orders. Mailto:MTM@221bStudio.com
