To ensure long life for your jewelry, we recommend keeping it dry. While we build our jewelry to last, many of our materials are naturally sensitive to moisture and may oxidize when exposed to water. Additionally, some crystals and feathers are fragile by nature, so please be gentle with your treasures!

Feathers:
Most of our feathers can be rejuvenated with a hair flattener on low heat, pressing gently and slowly ironing in the direction of the feather grain. Please do not iron the rigid bright red/orange feathers.

Gauges:
Wipe with a damp cloth to clean, using a very small amount of gentle soap if needed. Wood and horn plugs may be conditioned with a small amount of jojoba or coconut oil. Please do not rinse or submerge.

We are always happy to work with you to create a variation of an existing item or a new idea from scratch, just for you!

All of our earrings can be converted into gauges or tunnel inserts. Custom gauge sizes and single flare plugs are available upon request.

Payment must be made in full before work will begin on custom items.

You are welcome to let us know your preferences for color, size, shape, or clarity in the notes to seller during checkout, and we will do our best to select the perfect crystal for you!

If you are still unsure, you can request a photo of our current stock to make sure you receive a stone you resonate with! We only provide photo selection for paid orders. Just leave us a note when you purchase to let us know you'd like to choose your own crystal :)

If you have sensitive skin, we can create a hypoallergenic version of most designs. We have sterling silver, surgical grade stainless steel, waxed cotton cord, and other hypoallergenic materials on hand to ensure your safety and comfort!

We also carry clip-on earring hooks for customers with unpierced ears.

For stainless steel chain or earring hooks, just leave us a note when you purchase to let us know your preference. For anything else, just send us a message to arrange for a special hypoallergenic order :)

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a return.

Returns must be authorized by us prior to sending. Items must be in their original condition and packaging and postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we have made a mistake, in which case we will of course cover the cost.

Upon receiving your return in undamaged, unworn condition (no visible wear or perfume odor), we will add your replacement item to our work queue or issue a refund for the cost of the returned item.

International orders generally arrive within 2 weeks of shipment, but some may take much longer, up to 12 weeks depending on location, covid-related delays, and customs. We thank you for your patience!

Please note, buyers outside the US are responsible for any customs duties or VAT fees which may arise. Customs duties are a tax imposed upon the buyer by their country of residence and are separate from shipping costs. They cannot be predicted, altered or payed by the seller. We are unable to mark packages as a "gift" to bypass customs fees as this is illegal in the United States. Please review your country's tax policies before ordering.

Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees will be refunded for the cost of the items only.
