Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I will refund the purchase price, less the amount paid for postage if an unsatisfactory item is returned to me in new, undamaged condition. Purchaser must notify me of any problem within 3 days of receiving the item.
All doll clothes are made using patterns to fit American Girl dolls, but sometimes the body sizes vary due to the stuffing in soft-bodied dolls.
If you purchase an item that does not fit your doll, I will happily refund your purchase price less the shipping when the outfit is returned in its original condition.
PDF PATTERNS
No refunds will be given on the purchase of PDF patterns. Please contact me if you require any clarification of the directions.

For US orders I use a cross-border shipping company which goes directly into the USPS .
Orders are usually shipped on Mondays and Fridays. Please contact me if any questions.
Any customs fees or taxes required are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is up to the purchaser to be aware of any fees levied by their own country.
Also, CanadaPost does NOT have tracking numbers for the small packages which I mail.
If an item is returned by the Post Office as "undeliverable" for an inaccurate address supplied by the buyer or for other reasons, the order will be cancelled and the purchase price refunded, less the postage.
The buyer is very welcome to re-order with the correct address.
