Turnaround times/Shipping times vary per item. Most items are shipped within 2-7 business days, however it does take longer for some items. Please see each individual listing for the shipping time for each item. If you need an item by a specific date please send us a convo with the item, your zip code, and the need by date. We will let you know if we can meet your request.

Current processing time after payment is received varies per item. Most items are shipped within 2-7 business days, however there are a few items that take as much as 15 business days to be shipped. This doesn't include holidays or weekends. This is assuming we have been provided all the information to complete the order. If you don't provide all the details for the order we will contact you via Etsy e-mail. Once we receive the information needed the processing time will start on that date. All Items are made to order. Please contact us if you need items delivered by certain date. We will try to accommodate every request.

We ship most items using USPS First-Class or USPS First-Class International by default. If you need faster shipping please purchase the shipping upgrade on checkout (drop down menu). We also offer additional USPS services. Three or
items purchased at one time will be shipped USPS Priority with insurance (included in price) at no additional charge to you. You will receive the tracking/delivery confirmation after we ship your item.

Items will be sent to the shipping address that you provided in your order. You are responsible for providing an address that is safe for delivery and an address that is accurate. All US orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any carrier errors or delays.

We will ship your order to the address you left during checkout. We are not responsible if you left the incorrect shipping address and package wasn't delivered on time. You can contact us immediately after the purchase if you want package to be shipped to another address. If package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges for reshipping item.

Please contact us prior your purchase if you need item by certain date. There is no guarantee for First class and Priority mail delivery date - it's just estimated by Post office website.
USPS does guarantee delivery time for Express mail orders only.

The average turnaround time on items starts once the completed information for an order is received. If information is missing, we will attempt to contact you through Etsy. Once the missing information is received, the turnaround time will start over. If we try to contact you about missing monogram information and you do not reply before the expected ship date we will use our best judgement on the item design.
