Mugs

Our mugs are Microwave, Dish washer safe and Can be used for Hot & Cold beverages
You DO NOT have to hand wash them, our high quality ceramic mugs are printed using sublimation printing, which means it permanently dies the graphic into the item and it will not crack, wear or fade.

T-Shirts and Hoodies

Wash before wearing. Machine wash cold, inside out. Non-chlorine bleach, when needed. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron decorations/customization.

Mousepads

This Mouse Pad has a polyester top with durable black rubber backing to ensure years of use.
Please spot wash only the polyester printable area.

The last picture of each listing will include a size chart with the specific measurements to each garment type, please take your time to check it out before you order.

Measurements are taken with garment laying on a flat surface. Chest measurement is taken 1 inch below sleeve from side to side. Length is measured from the highest point on the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Yes, If you wish to return an item or items because you have changed your mind about them for some reason, we will take UN-PERSONALIZED items back and refund your initial purchase price only, not the outgoing shipping.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Refunds are given only as long as item is received in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Items that are returned in a condition other than that in which they were sent out are not eligible for refunds.

If an item is damaged during shipment, snap a photo of the item and send it to us. Upon receipt of a photograph, we will immediately make a new one and ship it to You.
There is no need to ship the item back to us provided you have sent a clear photograph.

If you believe your item is lost in the mail please let us know. If USPS lost your order we will send you a new one at no charge to you. However, if your order is marked "Delivered" but you did not receive it, you need to contact your local Post Office, they have ways to find out its whereabouts. You can also file a Mail Theft Report with USPS. If you need any help in the process just let us know.

Yes, we will exchange your UN-PERSONILIZED item(s), no problem, all we ask is for the shipping charges to be paid again. Just send the item back to us, also include the order number and a note advising the size or option you prefer instead and we will gladly exchange it for you as long as the item returned is received in the same condition as when we shipped it to you.
As soon as the package is received a custom order to cover the shipping costs will be create and you will receive a message with the link to it. All you have to do is add it to the cart and checkout.
