To clean jewelries that include plated brass as the material, you can use this method below:

1) Put a bit of salt on a paper towel and liquify it using drops of vinegar.
2) Gently wipe the earring with the mix.
Afterwards, it would be good to wash the liquid mix with soap and warm water.

To clean jewelries that include sterling silver or silver, clean the material with a silver cloth.

As both the ball end and the jewel end unscrew, you can exchange the posts using a plier to hold onto to the post and your hands on the jewel end.

From thinnest to thickest, we have 20g, 18g and 16g. 20g is the standard earlobe earring thickness at 0.8mm and for the gun-pierced. 18g is a bit thicker at 1.0mm and 16g is the thickest option at 1.2mm in thickness.

As for the length that you may need, it would be helpful to measure the wearable length of the earring you have for that piercing.

We recommend that you either measure where the ring will go (ear, nose, belly button, eyebrow, etc) or the inner diameter of the ring you currently have with a ruler - since YOU ARE UNIQUE and so are YOUR PIERCINGS!

Unfortunately due to the pandemic, there may be delays in shipments. International packages have been delivering as early as 2 weeks to as late as 2 months with the heavy shipment traffic.

For first class shipments, the post office may offer tracking up until it is received by the destination country. If the tracking states that the package has arrived at the destination country, it would be helpful to reach out to the local post office of the shipping address if you still haven't received your package by the end of next week to see if they have any packages on hold for you as it is sometimes the case. It may have been that the letter carrier accidentally delivered the package to a neighboring location, the package is still sitting in the USPS truck and accidentally have been scanned or the package was stolen from the mail box.

If safe to do so, please ask your neighbors in case they have received your missing package. Second, ask the letter carrier as in most cases, they may have more information regarding the package or can double-check their USPS car for you. There are also some times that the package is scanned earlier than they are physically delivered so after these first two steps, please give USPS a couple more business days to deliver the package to you.
