In the event that you ordered the wrong ring size, necklace length or bracelet size please contact us through etsy convos with your order number and name. Please contact us with in 7 business days of receipt of delivery so we can get out your correct size in a timely manner. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the merchandise to us and also for the new merchandise we are shipping out.
After receiving the returned merchandise we will message you back with a link to purchase the shipping fee ($5.95). We will then ship out your new item(s).

We ship every 24 hours Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Item processing times varies from piece to piece. Please see the item description for exact processing time of each style.

*If you are ordering an item that is custom made for you based on your selections (you can choose the sea glass color and the length) then expect 2-3 business days for creation prior to shipping. In many cases we make it with in 24 hours.

* If you are ordering an item that says "This is the EXACT piece you will receive". Then the item is already made and it will ship with in 24 hours (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

In a hurry to receive your package? No worries we have you covered! We offer overnight (priority express mail) as a shipping option. When you select this option please note that you will receive your package with in 1-2 business days after shipping. (Monday - Friday excluding holidays).

*IF YOU ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS MADE TO ORDER then please note in the description of the item it says to allow 2-3 days for the creation of the item BEFORE shipping. If you select overnight shipping on a "made to order" item it will expedite the shipping ONLY. We always try our best to get overnight order made as quickly as possible.

It's complete with cleaning care instructions and our "Made in Massachusetts" card will let your friends and family know that they are receiving a custom made product.
