Festoon Tureen Vegetable Bowl w Lid Royal Staffordshire. This is either a tureen or a covered vegetable bowl/dish. Although there is no hole for a ladle so probably the serving dish. 5 1/2" tall, 12 3/4" long and 7 1/2" wide. Royal Staffordshire pottery. Burslem England. White with navy blue, cinnebar rust and a lovely floral pattern. Some wear to gold but otherwise clean. Marks are factory and in the glaze. Made by Arthur J. Wilkinson of Burslem Staffordshire, circa 1907.
