These Earrings are classed as 'fashion jewellery' and can react to some very sensitive skin types.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, you have 30 days from time of purchase and the following steps must to be followed.
To ensure quick processing, please return all goods with a copy of the original receipt. If you no longer have your receipt, please message us with your order details.
Please ensure that the jewellery is sufficiently protected when arranging your return, so that the goods do not get damaged in transit. If goods are damaged, kiz&Co. will not be able to accept the return.

When returning goods, we suggest that you use a trackable postal service, as it is not the responsibility of kiz&Co. if your parcel goes missing. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition. Please clearly indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Once the return is received for refund, kiz&Co. will refund the purchase price of the product, less any shipping costs.

All items will be processed & shipped from the kiz&Co warehouse within 24 hours of order placement (Monday to Friday). Shipping via Australia post is 2-4 business days domestically (Australia) and 5-10 business days globally. Please note that on the rare occasion, international orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive. Express shipping can be organized for an additional cost - please send us a message if you would like to receive express shipping.

Please note that default regular post option is a non trackable service. Once the order has been sent, kiz&Co. takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you would like to use a trackable service, please send us a message & we will send across details on additional charges.

Additional policies

Product Warranties

All kiz&Co. products are carefully hand crafted and are 925 Sterling Silver, resulting in high quality finished products. kiz&Co, does, however, offer a 3 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults, but does not cover wear and tear or neglect. It will be at kiz&Co’s discretion as to whether the products are deemed faulty and are accepted. As kiz&Co. jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver, the jewellery can tarnish over time. To prolong the shine of the jewellery, and to aid in protecting the silver from scratches, each kiz&Co. piece is coated with a layer of Rhodium. It is recommended that you keep all jewellery in an air tight container (as tarnishing is caused by silver being exposed to elements over time). If you do begin to see the jewellery tarnish, simply clean the silver with a jewellery cloth, which ican be purchased from any jeweller. Please note that tarnishing and scratches are not covered under the kiz&Co. warranty.
