This is the square version. They also made a round version, but I think this one is older. It is in good shape and the only flaw I can find is the wear on the gold, esp on the rims and the lid. Please refer to photos. No chips, cracks or crazing.
There are some rough porcelain spots and the base isn't perfectly level when on a flat surface so it rocks if you manipulate, but that is all from the manufacture, which, back in those days (1930's and 40's) wasn't always the greatest. These are just things that are the nature of the china itself and not damage. If you are looking at this, you probably know already anyway.
There is a little handpainting with the orange and fill in areas of the flowers.

I don't do returns or exchanges, but feel free to convo questions or concerns. Shipping over over $1 will be refunded. Pick up Boston always an option. Please check out other pieces I have in this pattern, if still available.
