All our packages are shipped with the french mail post La Poste/ Colissimo/ Chronopost.

All item(s) shipped with choice: France/ International standard mail with tracking number, Registered mail or speed post.

All orders are shipped to the Etsy address specified in your order, please double check your address is correct & let me know if you want to send somewhere else.

Expected processing times to ship from the time payment is received:
For all made to order *SMALL* items, please allow 3-7 working days
For all made to order *MEDIUM* items, please allow 1-2 weeks
For all made to order *LARGE* items, please allow 2-3 weeks
*If you are in a rush please contact me and i will do my best to work something out with you.

Expected Mail delivery times:
France: 2-3 days/ Europe: 4-10 business days / International: 5-30 business days.
*You will receive a message with the tracking number as soon as the order is ready.

Shipping Upgrade/Insurance:
Unfortunately i have no control of packages once shipped, it's in the responsibility of the Mail Post to get it to you safely. I can take no responsibly for orders delayed, any postage damages or loss of the item(s) by carriers.

You can upgrade your shipping to a registered mail, with a confirmation of delivery slip (avis de reception)*, a faster delivery (speed post) or add insurance from the mail post on your item to insure that you do not have a lost package.

Insurance:
For France, a mail sent in either manner does have insurance cover and you can buy three levels of cover.
R1 gives insurance cover of €16.
R2 gives an insurance cover of €153.
R3 gives an insurance cover of €458.
For international recorded delivery there are two levels of insurance cover
R1 (€45) and R2 (€150).

Confirmation of delivery slip (avis de reception):
Please let me know if you need a confirmation of delivery slip (avis de reception) I will alter the shipping charges accordingly!
You need to pay an extra €1.15 (France)/ €1.40 (Worldwide) if you want a confirmation of delivery slip, an avis de reception.

Colissimo/ Chronopost:
Please contact me if you need a insurance with Colissimo.

Please also note that buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges that may be incurred.
