So, if you're looking for an affordable, high quality Beginner hula hoop, then this is it! Choose your color and your size.

✪ SIZE: Generally speaking, hoop sizing is based on height and body type. To pick the diameter that's best for you, simply measure from the floor to your belly button or rib cage. Slender individuals will want a smaller diameter hoop (closest to the belly button), and will most likely opt for mid weight. Fuller figured individuals should choose a larger diameter (closer to the rib cage) and the 'standard' size option. Those with an athletic build will fall in the middle. You'll have the option to pick your hoop diameter, in the drop down menu when making your purchase. Want more information on tubing and size options? ✪ STYLE: This listing is for (1) STANDARD/ HEAVYWEIGHT (160 PSI) or MID WEIGHT (100 PSI) hula hoop. These are perfect choices for adult beginners. You can also choose LIGHTWEIGHT (this will be lighter than the others, but not as light as polypro - it's a great option for kids!). All beginner hoops we sell are the 'twist and fold' travel style. We'll provide you with detailed instructions so you can easily fold and unfold your hoop, for ease of transport. If you are a very slender beginner and have been working with a store bought kids hoop, then the lightweight option may be a good choice for you. If you'd like this style in a kids hoop/lightweight or polypro/advanced hoop, simply message me and I'll set up a custom listing.

✪ COLOR: You'll need to include your color choice in the 'Notes' section when ordering. Current Options: Pink, Neon Green, Blue, Neon Yellow, Navy, Burgundy, Purple, Olive or Grey. This hoop includes one spiral of grip tape (in your color choice), to help the hoop stick to your hips for easy spinning. If you do not pick a color, we'll pick one for you - so if you like surprises, leave the 'notes' section blank ;)

Some final notes on hoop sizing: Lightweight/ 125 tubing or Polypro performs best at sizes 35 inches or smaller. For hoops larger than that, Midweight/ 100PSI or Standard Weight/ 160 psi is recommended.

Also, if you do you place an order for a Standard or midweight Hoop that is 34 inches or smaller (& I can’t reach you to follow up on sizing), it will not be made in the twist and fold collapsible style. Reason being, it puts too much pressure on the joints at such a small diameter so your hoop will be shipped full size.
