Custom name baubles - hand drawn and cut personalised name Christmas decorations.

The acrylic bauble measure 6cm (2.3 inches) and the design within is hand cut from high quality linen paper, and magically floated with star or snowflake sequins behind it.

Dispatch time for custom and personalised orders will be slightly longer than that of standard orders, I will give an idea of an exact time frame when custom order is requested.

Personalised and custom orders are none returnable.
As a lover and true believer in upcycling your item will come packaged in recycled and reused materials wherever possible
All purchases are subject to UK laws
We all know these sometimes happen when things are in transit. If your item arrives damaged please get in touch as soon as possible with photographs of both the item and packaging (this is so I can process a claim with the delivery company). If possible I will repair or replace the item, however some of my items are one of a kind, in those circumstances you can choose a replacement or refund.

I send all of my items tracked, and upload the mode of delivery and tracking information when I mark your item as dispatched. Please check this first for updates on your items location, then get in touch.
I send out all products wrapped in tissue paper sealed with a logo sticker or decorative tape, before packaging it in protective packaging.
I try to reuse packaging wherever possible.
The buyer is responsible for return postage in the case of returns and exchanges, because it has arrived too late or because they have changed their mind. (custom and personalised items can not be returned, or exchanged).

If the item has arrived damaged, or with faults, please get in touch with photographs of the problem, and packaging if damaged, if it needs to be returned I will cover postage and will discuss this with you.

Refunds will only be given, or replacements sent out upon receipt of original item back within 14 days.
