Received the personalized necklace today and absolutely love it! The quality of the item is superb! It matched the description and exceeded my expectations! When I placed the order, I wasn’t sure of the best way to set up the lines of text and if the symbol I wanted would look OK with it. So, prior to engraving, Gena drafted 4 different set ups for me to choose from including a few prettier designs of the symbol! Once I made a choice, the necklace was engraved, shipped, and received in less than 3 days! So from the time the order was placed until the time it was received was less than 5 days!

I can't overemphasize how in love I am with this pendant & necklace. The design is very pretty, the pendant is so nice and shiny, it's clearly very good quality and the shop was able to create exactly what I had envisioned but even better than I could have expected. I received a pleasant surprise when I got it in the mail and saw that the necklace is lariat-style so that I can make it any size I want. Seriously, IN LOVE with the necklace, I've never seen one like this. I don't often leave reviews on Etsy because I'm usually only moderately impressed at most, but I was so very pleased with this purchase that I felt I had to leave a positive review immediately. Thank you to the shop owner for making such an nice piece of jewelry and my new favorite! Also, production and shipping were extremely expedient. Thanks again!

The necklace was everything I hoped it would be and more! The steel is such a high-quality material, and the font is clear and easy to read. The chain took some getting used to, but I absolutely love the adjustable style; I can wear this necklace with all different necklines. Thank you for making my special milestone even more meaningful with this beautiful necklace!
