Description

Nothing like a necromancer and his legion of undead goons to make a battle more interesting for your players!

This group of tokens contains the following baddies:
2 Necromancer (Medium-size)
5 Zombies (Medium-size)
5 Skeletons (Medium-size)

Each token features original artwork to represent classic RPG creatures, and each is presented on a token that is the correct scale for the creature's size (medium, large, etc). Each piece fills the appropriate size square or hex on a battlemat, for an accurate battlefield representation.

These pieces present a cost effective alternative to gaming miniatures, and are much easier to transport (ideal if your game night location changes!)

    The dice look amazing and exactly what I had wanted. They arrived quickly and safely. The seller was a pleasure to work with and always responded to my questions quickly. If I need more custom dice, I will definitely be stopping here first.

    Absolutely perfect! Seller was very responsive to questions and happy to meet my specific requests. The dice were excellent and my whole D&D party loves them! I can't say enough about how much I love these. They came a little early and were great!

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

If you wish to return an item, a request must be issued within 7 business days of the item being received. The buyer will be responsible for any return postage, though we will refund the initial shipping cost paid at the time of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. If the item has been damaged, and is returned without communication of that damage to the seller, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. If an item is damaged but no contact or return request is made outside of our return window, we will not accept the return nor issue a refund.

Shipping policies

Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class, but will use a different method if requested and paid for by the buyer. We will include a tracking number when it is available. Any additional services such as delivery confirmation, signature requirement, or additional insurance outside that covered by the USPS must be requested and paid for by the buyer.

We do our best to ship within our listed "Ship by" date, and if an unforseen delay occurs, we do our best to communicate it to the buyer. That being said, please take shipping times into consideration when placing an order.

If you need an item by a certain date, we will do our best to accommodate you, but can't make any guarantees if they are outside our projected time frame (for example, as listed in the custom items description). We offer a rush shipping charge on a case-by-case basis, and only via direct inquiry.

Aroc Gaming is not responsible for items lost in transit after shipping. Due to the handmade nature of our work, we are unable to offer replacements on items lost in transit, and it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the United States Postal Service regarding the location of the package. We cannot offer replacements or remakes unless a new order is placed and paid for.

If a customer receives a custom order and it is damaged, please contact Aroc Gaming within 7 days business days of the item being marked as delivered by the postal service so that we can work on promptly resolving the issue. We cannot consider refund or replacement on damaged items outside of that time frame.

Custom bag orders may be placed via the specialized listings on our store page, or via private message conversation. Generally, it is best to contact us to see if a design is possible prior to purchasing the listing. Custom bag orders must be paid for up front.

EMBROIDERY: If you are interested in embroidery on a dice bag, I offer it at a base rate of an additional $15 per bag, with a larger or more complex design costing more. Please contact me for quote if you are interested. (NOTE: At this time we do not have access to an embroidery machine and our embroidery service is temporarily suspended.)

We will not purchase any fabrics or other materials to create a custom item without the approval of the buyer. We strive to communicate questions and updates frequently with the buyer, so checking your messages often could help expedite the creation of your item.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once materials have been approved and acquired we can not issue full refunds for a cancelled order. If an order is cancelled after materials have been purchased, we can offer a partial refund. Once work has begun on the bag, we can no longer offer any refund of any kind, and reserve the right to place the surrendered item up for sale on our main shop page.

CUSTOM DICE:
For custom dice orders, we require full payment upfront.

We take custom orders for painted dice using a slot-based system. Instead of listing custom orders by type (e.g.- polyhedral set, large d20, etc), we will instead list custom slots that cover a particular time frame in which we will complete the order. We regularly roll out new slots month by month. Essentially, this means that we stagger the start dates of our custom painted dice orders.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you purchase a custom order slot for a particular date, we will not begin production on your order until that date, and production will take three to four weeks, so please plan accordingly when ordering. Custom order slots will be first come, first serve.

All of our dice are hand painted, and the final painting will be shown to the customer for approval prior to the sealing process, to ensure the customer is receiving exactly what they requested. Once we send approval messages, the customer has a maximum of two weeks to approve the order. If we have not received any communication after sending the approval pictures, we will reach out two more times over the two week period. If we have not received any communication from the seller in that time, we will proceed with sealing the dice and shipping the order and we will not accept any return requests if the customer decides they no longer want their custom dice.

Upon sending the approval photos, we will make only minor changes at this time, due to the fact that we do our best to be communicative during the dice painting process. If the customer wishes to see several options prior to choosing a final design, we will require an additional prototyping fee. If a customer wishes to see several options along the custom item creation process, then they must state that up front so that the proper fees can be established and paid.

If the need for any additional fees or items arises during the order creation process a custom listing will be created and work will be suspended until the new fees and listings are paid.
