Orders over $300 must be cleared with me prior to being placed

Orders totaling over $300.00 must be cleared and confirmed with me prior to being placed. I will immediately cancel any orders over that amount that have not been cleared with me. There are unfortunately too many scams going around and I do not take chances with my business.

I ship strictly USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class). Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. Within the United States you also have the option of Priority Mail. You can select that option at checkout. Choosing Priority Shipping, however, will not speed up my production time. Please check my shop for current production times. Additional shipping methods available upon request at an added cost. Please reach out if you prefer FedEx or UPS and I will set up a listing for the cost.

Item missing, but marked as "Delivered"

The only way I will issue a refund for an item marked as "Delivered" is if you provide proof that you went to the post office and filed a "Missing mail" claim and reported the item as stolen or not delivered. If you refuse to go to the post office and inquire after the package or report the issue, I cannot issue a refund. I hope you can understand why.

I wrote the wrong address, but the item has already shipped

Please make sure your address is correct or let me know immediately after placing the order. I am not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address or packages lost because of insufficient or inadequate information. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a correct and adequate address. I will not refund your order or reship the item(s) if your package gets lost under these conditions, I hope that you can understand why. If and when the package gets returned to me, I can resend it if you are willing to pay for the additional shipping charges.

Refunds and exchanges

The satisfaction of my customers is my goal, so I have a two-week return policy for unworn, undamaged products. The two-week period starts on the date your order has been delivered. If there is a problem with the jewelry please write to me as soon as possible: I will be more than happy to resolve the issue immediately.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery if ordering from outside the US. From experience I can say that packages to Canada take on average about a week to ten days. However, this is an approximation and sometimes customs can hold on to a package, so please bear in mind that it can take longer.

These tiny cobalt blue dangle earrings are made with high-quality frosted glass that resembles ocean tumbled sea glass, but is much cheaper and consistent in size, shape, and color. Because of that, the sea glass earrings you receive will look just like the pair in the photos. These dainty dangle earrings are light and fun and will add a pop of color to your day.

I make this design in five different colors: green, blue, cobalt blue, red, orange. You can pick the color you prefer from the dropdown menu.

Frosted sea glass is recycled glass that’s tumbled in a variety of media to accomplish the look and feel of ocean-tumbled sea glass. It is much cheaper and comes in fun, vibrant colors, so you can enjoy the beach vibes without the added cost. It is also consistent in shape, color, and size, so the earrings you order will look just like the pair in the photos.

The two sterling silver options (hooks and lever backs) are great for sensitive ears. Sterling silver is nickel free and lead free, which makes it an excellent option as it won’t cause a reaction. You can order confidently for yourself or as a gift.

Once the package has been shipped, it's in the hands of USPS and I cannot control how quickly it moves through their system.
