I will be glad to accept refund or exchange if the product does not work out (see restriction below). However, I do need to be notify within 3 business days of receiving the item. I will instruct you then on how to proceed (Return address is in Canada). Items should be returned back to me within 2 weeks or else I charge a restocking fees of 15%.

Please note the following are NON-REFUNDABLE:
1) Special request with existing items (bead color changes, style change, length adjustment etc).
2) Hand stamped initials jewelry (unless the error is on my part).
3) Deposit payment for custom orders.
4) Large bridal orders (If in doubt, I suggest buying one item first).
5) Pea in pod jewelry (custom peas colors)
