I ordered the animal magnets on Sept 9th. I emailed the company on Sept 20 asking when it would be shipped and I heard nothing back. Etsy then got involved and refunded my money. I still heard nothing back from the company with an explanation. I do understand situations happen, but some communication would have been appreciated. They are beautiful items, but unfortunately I will be taking my business else where.

These were SUCH a hit at our wedding! The seller was incredibly accommodating and even threw in a few extra animals as keepsakes for us. Would 10/10 recommend!!
