2. The customer can arrange the delivery themselves. NOTE! It is very important you contact us before sending anything back so we can give you proper address and instructions!

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note we do not take responsibility for lost packages! If the package gets lost, no refunds and exchanges will be possible.
The refund is done withing 14 working days after the package is received.

All of our items are handmade which means that they require a certain time to get ready before shipping.

All orders from the US and CANADA are shipped via DHL or USPS based on the fulfillment center. For all countries outside of the European Union, we also use express services.

For the countries in the European Union, we use different local couriers but always with their Premium service.

The shipping time for the countries in the European Union is about 5-10 days; for Romania and Greece is about 2-3 days; for the rest of the countries outside of the European Union is 2-4 days; for the US and Canada is 2-3 days.

The preparation and shipping time depend on the order itself therefore in order for us to be able to give full details, we would need to know the following:

Extremely disappointed with this purchase! First, I asked for a recommendation for the size and I was told I was in between sizes so I accepted that they would custom-make a pair just for me. The pants did fit when I put them on, but I realized this wasn’t going to work when I squatted...the pants dropped down to the middle of my butt! So they are literally impossible to wear. So I contacted the shop, with a photo of the pants on me. They then agreed to send me another pair of a regular size at no charge, which I accepted. Once again, barely any difference in size with the first pair, I put them on and realized this wasn’t going to work. I can’t even sit on a chair. Let me just mention that I don’t have an irregular shape, I am usually an XS or S. Everything I have bought on Etsy has always worked. I have wasted $100...

These are really nice pants. My only complaint is not knowing the top of them had a stretchy waistband. You know, the kind that come on sweatpants? When it said leggings I thought it had a normal legging top. I feel it detracts from the look quite a bit. But the customer service is great and the shop is great. Too bad I requested a custom length or I would have sent back.
