Description

This order is for a custom kitschy Kandle, you will message a high quality photo of the person you would like to make into a candle! Please include in your order notes the following:
- name of person you are placing on the candle.

**By placing your order and sending your photo via Etsy message, we assume that you have the rights to use the photo and are granting us rights for one-time use as well (or however many times YOU order a candle). No one else may order the same one unless they also send us the same photo. Some photos are not high quality enough for us to use, and the person's face and hair need to be unobstructed. The best photos have a light background with the person facing forward. If you send a photo to us, please beware that we may come back and ask for a different photo. In this case additional photos must be provided by the purchaser.**

For the person who has everything! Kitschy Kandles by Sugar Skull Design make fabulous gifts for light hearted people. Don't take this too seriously, our goal is to make people laugh rather than offend anyone!

Prayer candles measure 8" tall and come with the top sealed to prevent melting. Please note that these candles do ship from Arizona, so the risk of melting is high, but we package each and every one carefully to avoid any mishaps. Please note that returns are accepted for broken candles (ie the glass) but not for melted candles.

This candle is intended for decorative use only. The candle will light, but we advise not to do to the pom poms at the top of the candle that could be a fire hazard. Just like any other candle, please do not leave unattended.

If the item comes to you damaged, please send an email within 2 days of receipt including images of the damage to sugarskulldesignaz@gmail.com and contact me through an Etsy conversation. I include insurance on each package that I ship so we will need to file a claim with the post office. Do not throw away the packaging.

If your order does not arrive, or says it was delivered and nothing is there, please contact me within 2 days, I will need to file a claim with the post office.

Shipping for each product varies. Shipping rates are on the product description under the shipping tab.

What is the processing time?
For ready-to-ship items, shipping is usually done within 3-4 business days. During the holidays I try to ship within 1-2 business days. If you need an item in a rush, I can work out separate shipping agreements with you through a message. Custom orders vary, and creating + processing will be discussed when we talk about the custom order.

How do you ship?
Shipping is through USPS. All orders come with priority shipping, with insurance and tracking. I include the tracking on the shipping notification. Most orders come in a cardboard box with bubble wrap and other padding, non-fragile items may come in a bubble wrap envelope.

Do you ship to other countries outside United States?
Yes! If you are out of the US and would like to place an order, please message me and we will work out the shipping in a custom order.

What if my package arrives damaged?
Accidents happen sometimes with shipping.
