ABOUT RETURNS, REFUNDS, & LOST PACKAGES:

LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in the mail (which is incredible frustrating for both the customer and us, too) Please get in touch with me through an Etsy convo or email me directly Deb@DebbieDrawsFunny.com as soon as possible and give us your name and order number so we can try to track your package down. In the years of using USPS as our main shipping method for mailing over 5,000 order, packages are rarely lost forever, but on a few occasions, it has happened - especially during extra busy shipping seasons like Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, Mother's and Father's Day.
In a word, we cannot be responsible for packages that go missing, but we don't want to leave you, our dear customer, without a product that you paid for! The truth is that once we ship a package it is literally out of hands and out of our control. The rest of the job is up to the U.S. Postal Service. So in those rare occasions, here's what we do:
If a package is taking a really long time to arrive and the tracking shows that the package is "stuck" somewhere but not lost a customer can choose to:
- Wait (super patiently!) until that package arrives. Please remember that delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed by Debbie Draws Funny or USPS.
BUT SOMETIMES WAITING IS NOT AN OPTION! We understand that you may have a birthday or important event coming up and you need it NOW! In that case a customer can:
- Reorder that same product and have it reshipped and return the original "delayed/lost" product once it arrives (or whichever package arrives last) That returned product will be refunded minus shipping costs.

If a customer opted to have a greeting card have a written message inside and stamped & mailed in an envelope to the recipient (and not in a trackable USPS first class mail package) then we cannot be held responsible for any stamped mail that goes missing. It cannot be tracked and therefore not proven to be lost.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
Your satisfaction is a bigger concern for me than you may ever know. If for some reason your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me either through an Etsy convo or email me at Deb@DebbieDrawsFunny.com with your order information so that I can work with you to send you replacements of any damaged or defective products or a refund - items are only refunded if the customer does not want a replacement product and would like to just be refunded for the damaged products. In order to process a refund, we need to be emailed clear photos of the damaged products. If the package was shipped through USPS for Priority Mail, we need those photos to make an insurance claim. If the order was sent through USPS First Class Mail, items are not insured, but we need the photographic proof to determine whether that damage warrants a replacement or a partial or full refund if that is what the customer prefers.
I cannot refund or send replacements of products without proof of damage or defect.

CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION:
If what you ordered is not damaged or defective but rather is just not meeting your standards in some other way, I will be happy to fully refund you if you contact me within 7 business days of receiving your order. The refund will only be processed after the item has been sent back to us at Debbie Draws Funny. The returned item must be received in the condition it arrived to the customer within 14 business days from when the customer has requested the refund. The refund will cover the cost of the product but not any shipping costs from either when the order was placed or the cost of shipping for returning the product.

It's not that I don't want to, but because this is a very small staff and we get lots of orders (including stocking up brick & mortar shops) I can no longer hand write personal messages and mail them directly to your loved ones. The short answer is no; I only sell physical greeting cards.

Several years ago, I sold a few digital files and, unfortunately, my artwork got into the wrong hands. It was reproduced without the original intent of the sale and then resold.
I hope this information helps you understand and appreciate why I do not sell digital files under any circumstances.
