📆How long will my processed foods last and how should they be stored??

Jams, jellies, mustard, shrubs and syrups will last for over a year when unopened and stored in a cupboard or pantry. Once the lid is opened and the seal is broken, they will be good for more than 6 months when stored in the refrigerator. If you have problems getting the lid open, simply run the lids over warm water for a few minutes. We want to make sure they don't come loose in transport.

I am in compliance with state and federal laws when it comes to our jelly, syrups, mustard and herb product production. I have been certified and licensed by the state of Minnesota and do my best to follow all safety procedures. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please contact us for further clarification before ordering.

💗Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of food products I am unable to accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with my product for any reason, please contact me and I will do everything to make it right. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

My herbal dips, seasonings and teas will last for over a year when stored in a dry, dark cupboard or pantry. The dried herbs may fade when exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period of time.

💔😢What happens if my order arrives damaged?

I do everything possible when packaging your order to ensure a safe and intact delivery. But on the RARE occasion, accidents can happen in the delivery process. If this occurs simply snap a picture of the damaged item and send it to me in Etsy messaging and I will either send another item out immediately or refund you the cost of that item. It is of the greatest importance to me that my customers receive the very best that I can offer.

🤔How do I let you know what flavors I would like included in my order?

A list of flavors will be found in the photos of applicable listings. Once you have selected the flavor or flavors you would like to try, list them in the "personalization section" of the order process. If you are ordering multiple items, you may choose to have the same flavor or a variety. I want you to have the opportunity of trying as many flavors as you would like. If I do not have the flavor listed or if it is not found in my other listings, I do not make that flavor. I live in northern MN. There are simply some fruits and berries that I am not able to grow on our farm or source from other like-minded farmers.
