Beautiful lithograph representing the painting Battle of Fère-Champenoise by Julien Le Blant in 1886.

The Battle of Fère-Champenoise was fought on 25 March 1814, between a French army and a cavalry force of Austria, Russia and the Kingdom of Württemberg. After six hours of battle, the French were routed and the Coalition was victorious.
