Michael did beautiful work. It was a gift for my wife for our 25th anniversary. She loves it. Her only complaint is that the chain is shorter than preferred. This is likely my fault in the ordering process. She would have preferred it to be 4-6 inches longer. Michael was quick to respond to all of my inquiries. It took longer than I preferred. I ordered it on 11/2 and received it on 12/1. When purchased, Etsy indicated I’d receive it by 11/16. I would buy from Michael again.

I will start by saying that the ring is gorgeous and wonderful quality so this review is really around the overall experience with receiving it. As many others have stated, it took more time than expected to get. The quality of the ring is great, and it looks even better in person. The biggest issue was around the shipment. After the ring was shipped, we received it quickly. However, our order was placed on 01/13, and we didn’t receive the ring until 4/10. It was set to arrive by 03/23 at the latest. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our engagement photos last weekend since we didn’t have the ring. Quality is typically worth the wait, and I understand it can be a lengthy process for the customization. I’ll say to expect a 2-4 week delay on the initial estimated delivery date and order 3-4 months in advance of when you’ll need it
