Unless otherwise stated, all our work is "MADE TO ORDER", so at most we request you allow up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS for your bag or accessory to be created. Keep in mind we're making everything ourselves from start to finish, and we don't cut corners! We want you to love your purchase, and we want it to last you a lifetime.

Some items we can make faster (it's a lot quicker to make a luggage tag than a briefcase!) so their production time is shorter. Production times are always noted in the listing.

For "IN STOCK" orders, we aim to ship within ONE BUSINESS DAY of receiving clear payment.

Once it's been made, it still needs time to get to you! Shipping times vary and are listed in the "Shipping & Policies" tab of each listing.

We're lucky we live at the border between Canada and the USA, so we can take advantage of USPS's more reasonable postage rates and save YOU money.

What this means is that our standard shipping method for Canadian orders is USPS First Class Mail International. This keeps the costs down BUT the trade off is that shipping times can take up to 2 weeks. We know it sucks, but Canada Post charges $15 to ship something within our own province where USPS charges $6. You won't be charged customs fees.

If you would like to pay the more expensive Canada Post rates for us to ship via Xpresspost (1-7 days within Canada) we can, just let us know and we'll get you a quote. In some listings we offer the ability to upgrade to this during checkout.

USA orders ship out of Blaine, WA via USPS first class mail (2-10 days).

We drive over the border once a week and ship from the states so that you get your order faster and can take advantage of the USPS rates which are far more reasonable than Canada Post.

We offer the ability to upgrade to USPS Priority 1-3 Days during checkout- if you're on a tight deadline we highly recommend upgrading to USPS Priority.

All international orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International, or APC PARCEL (depending on the weight).

Packages come with tracking but it's up to the recipient's country's mail system to decide whether they will use those tracking numbers. This means that once it leaves the USA, unless your country has partnered with USPS for tracking, you won't see further updates until it arrives at your door.

Shipping times vary greatly depending on the country and as a rule of thumb we recommend allowing up to 2 MONTHS for shipping (JUST IN CASE!)

ALSO NOTE: We can't control whether or not your country chooses to levy duty on your purchase. As the buyer this is something you are responsible for and every country is different.

We offer free monogramming for some items - the item listing will say if it's available. Note that it's limited to 3 letters only, the letters are all the same size and only upper case is available. To take advantage of the free monogramming please indicate in the "Notes to Seller" section DURING CHECKOUT:

If you do not include a placement for the monogram we will place it where it makes the most sense to us.

We stand behind our work and are proud to offer a lifetime warranty covering all craftsmanship (sewing and riveting) and hardware (buckles, D rings, zippers, snaps, and other parts) we use in the construction of our products . If at anytime during the life of your Divina Denuevo product you have problems in these areas, contact us to return the product (we'll cover shipping costs) and it will be repaired free of charge.

This warranty applies to product hardware and and construction under responsible use.

We accept requests for custom work from January 15-September 30. Please send us a message with a clear idea of what you're looking for. Ideally you have measurements in mind, a shape/style/sketch and features (do you need pockets, buckles, snaps, etc?).

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds or returns.

All of our items are handmade and pieces may vary slightly from the photos in the listing. They won't be identical and there may be differences in hardware/construction as we are constantly improving upon our designs. Particularly with leather bags, each piece of leather has its own unique grain and texture, so will be unique and one-of-a-kind.

Be aware that we intentionally embrace and preserve the perfect imperfections found in leather. The brand marks, scars, textures and idiosyncrasies of the material emphasize how unique each and every piece is: no two are ever the same. Over time, your leather will develop a beautiful patina reflective of the life it has had with you and the adventures you have shared.
