We personalize our items by various techniques such as embossing, engraving, etching, etc. Embossing is creating a relief surface on the glass by adding embossing glass powder that is baked at very high temperature for durability. We do embossing on the glass reservoir or on the glass stem. Engraving is cutting into the glass surface by creating depth. We do engraving only on the glass stem.
We ship our items with regular mail, unless otherwise specified. All shipping times are estimated and vary depending on destination, as follows:

Yes. In case you need to speed up your shipment delivery, you can purchase a shipping upgrade for express delivery. Express delivery takes between 5-6 business days depending on the delivery location. In you need a shipping upgrade, you can choose that option before check out or convo me and I will send you a link.
No. Bulgarian Post regular mail does not include the insurance in the shipping fee. If you would like to add a shipping insurance, please let me know before you check out so that I can send a link with the respective insurance fee for your item. We do recommend insurance on all international packages.

Customer experience is our top priority, so if for some reason you want to return or exchange an item please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package and we will come up with the best solution to resolve the problem. If you prefer a refund, I will issue a refund, once the item is shipped back and it is in its original condition.
