Kimono Jacket Vintage Embellished Japanese Chirimen Silk Jacket size medium/ large
Description
This lovely kimono jacket is beautifully handmade in the 1950's, it has a lovely cut but was a little plain. We have embellished it by sewing on hand embroidery, trims and leather trim with leather buttons. The original kimono was very long and hand sewn, we have made it shorter and sewn all the seems by machine to make it stronger. The entire kimono is made of cherimen silk.
The jacket is light and is thinly lined so perfect for Spring and Summer.
It has one large button as closure, the buttons on the 3/4 sleeves are for decoration.
