Kelley is the "complete package"...most helpful, detailed, friendly, and professional! Needed to have a length adjustment to a recent bracelet purchase-no problem. Also, my husband liked my bracelet so much, that I decided to purchased another one for him at the same time (we plan on exchanging them for our Anniversary). Received both bracelets in plenty of time and both are beautiful and most thoughtfully packaged. And the new length to my bracelet (from 7.75" to an 8") now fits "perfectly!" My Amethyst bracelet arrived in a very nice box with a romance card referencing the metaphysical properties of the stone. Very professional and a nice visual presentation, especially if one is considering giving the item as a gift. The amethyst beads are deep in saturated color, a sign of quality. The 4 mm size is rather demure, but that was my preference as I will be wearing the bracelet alongside my watch and didn't want an overpowering bead presentation. Kelley is great and willing to work with you. I normally wear a size 7.5, but later opted for a custom sizing of 7.75. Glad I did, as there is a bit more "wiggle room" in my bracelet. I am very pleased with Kelley, her Gem Shop, and my purchase. Undoubtedly, I will be purchasing future "lovelies" from her and also refer my friends and colleagues! Thank you Kelley!
