The material and shape of this bag is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the cross body strap and I really appreciate that it's adjustable (I'm 5'2") for my frame. This is the perfect "all day out" bag for keeping your essentials, like wallet, phone, and a few more small items. Most of all, I appreciate Badimyon's customer service. They were very attentive when they realized I'd been shipped the wrong item and they fixed the error quickly. Excellent product and excellent seller.
