Perhaps somewhere far, far away, on a distant planet, mail looks exactly like what big slices of chocolate frosted chocolate cake look like on Earth.....

This is the new and improved version, with a neat little printed post card backing!

This nifty little object was invented as a birthday greeting solution for one of my high-maintenance friends. When you’re you need something different and typical cards and e-cards won’t do, I’ve found this little greeting will do the trick. This thin, textured slice of faux chocolate cake is frosted generously and has one completely flat, blank kraft paper surface for writing the recipient's address, a return address as well as a little sentiment. Use it for birthdays, weddings, or maybe just to send some cheer. Also works well as a "stale" belated birthday greeting.

MADE TO ORDER ....Please allow 3 days from order until shipment, you're cake will not be identical, but pretty close to the one pictured.

To entertain myself and the more jolly ladies at the post office, when I need to send out my own, I bring them there on a plate.

You can send this sturdy item as-is through the postal system, and although I refer to it as a ‘postcard,’ due to the thickness and weight limitations of the postal service, it may have to be sent at the parcel rate rather than a first-class envelope rate, it usually costs me $1.25-1.75 to send similar slices to friends throughout the country. It is slightly larger than a typical 4X6 postcard, and definitely quite a bit thicker. I now print a typical postcard backing on kraft paper on all of my postcard cakes.
This item contains absolutely no food products and should not be submerged, licked or used as a toy. Have fun!
