Item was very pretty, however I was very concerned that the band would be too big. I sent my own measurements to have it custom made. From other sellers I used same measurements .All other custom items fit beautifully This item did not. It was four inches too wide on either side, the straps were scratchy, and though the seller tersely said they would take it in, it seemed like a lot of work, (as well as I felt with accurate measurements I shouldn’t have had to.return I can really only sleep in it. I sewed four inches on either side to modify and changed straps. The matching panties I ordered were pretty, but large) matters less for a panty . The longline bra seaming underneath the bust not wide enough for me to keep busy in place Quality of items thin but lovely, maybe they’ll work for others.

This was a very challenging customer to deal with. I completed her order using her measurements and she was dissatisfied. I offered to alter item ,however , customer did not choose that option but requested an apology ( even though I had nothing to apologize for ) which I obliged to smooth the situation . Still that did not satisfy the customer and she chose to leave a poor review. I have done everything to try to satisfy this customer , but have come to realize she is just not going to be satisfied. Please see our many other 5 star reviews.

The eye mask is soft and cozy and the elastic is fine:) The only thing that surprised me, is that the mask is so small. It measures 2.25" at its widest, and 2" at its narrowest.
