• Mugs are tightly secured in polystyrene mug cubes which absorbs post and transit shocks so your mug(s) arrives safe and sound.
• If you forget to select a faster shipping method as mentioned above at checkout, please contact us and we'll set up a custom listing for you pay for additional shipping.

/// INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ///

• All items are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International and a tracking number will be provided.
• International shipping's estimated transit time is up to 2 weeks. Please be patient and allow time for your order to arrive. Once your order arrives in your country, it's handed over to your local post office which can take time.
• The buyer is responsible for all customs fees / VAT fees.

• We don't offer rush orders. If you need your order by a certain date, please order way in advance to ensure your order arrives on time. We can not guarantee your order will arrive on a specific date because we can not control the post office's transit speed. We'll do our best to get your order made and shipped to you as soon as possible but after we ship your order, it's in the hands of the carrier.
• Oh Coffee Mugs production is closed on holidays which will extend your scheduled ship date to a few days. However, customer service during the holidays is always available. We will send you an email via Etsy if we do in fact need an extension.

• When placing your order, please submit your customization information at the same time in the notes to buyer section. If we don't receive this information we'll contact you as soon as possible so we can start processing your order.
• If we still don't hear back from you in regards to your personalized info for your mug(s) we'll personalize your mug(s) with your name and process and ship your order. Thank you for understanding.
• If we don't hear back from you in regards to you approving your proof(s), we'll have to extend the scheduled shipping date depending on when we get the approval from you. If we still don't hear from you we'll proceed with shipping your order.
• For completely custom orders from scratch, please contact us with your design idea and allow up to 3 business days to receive your first proof. To make the process go faster we suggest submitting an example of the design that closely resembles what you're looking for.
• Buyer is responsible for purchasing the clip art/stock images they want on the mug if we don't have it in stock.
• Up to 3 revisions are allowed which may lengthen the time of completing your order. If you want more than 3 revisions, we will ask you to purchase another custom mug listing so we can be compensated for our time in designing your custom mug. Once approved, custom orders can not be cancelled or refunded.
