Some UK orders now have a rush option available. This will be sent via the RoyalMail 24 service. Please note this still does not guarantee a delivery date but is usually a much quicker service. This service starts after the item has been posted and time is still required to complete your order so please allow processing time in addition.

I can ship all items internationally.
Please allow me to check individual prices for postage to non UK countries.
Please allow up to 32 working days from posting for international orders to arrive. This is in addition to my 2 week processing time.

I have no control over the postal services or customs and taxes added to items from your country. Please check this before ordering as I am not responsible for paying any added charges. As a buyer that is your responsibility.

I do my best to ensure my items are wrapped securely and with the proper care they should arrive in the perfect condition that I send them in.
We have all read and seen horror stories of damaged packages but I will try to prevent this as much as possible at my end.
Our packaging is recycled where possible as we try to do our part for the environment. This does not affect the quality of our items or the love that goes into making each one.

Many of my items are bespoke and custom made. I would like to create the perfect item for you and so want to work with you every step of the way to ensure you are happy with the design from the beginning.

At Rockery Cottage we will only use your information in relation to the contact you make with us. If you message us with a question we will respond. If you place an order we will contact you about this and use your information to complete the sale.
We do not use your information for any other use, including unwanted marketing. (We hate spam too!)
Etsy holds your details as you have signed up for an account or used the Etsy services. We have no control over the details on their system.
Etsy will email us a copy of your message or order details which will be kept on our email database to complete the order.
Our emails are password protected and not printed or saved.
We will not share your personal data with anyone, unless required to complete your order, such as a postal courier needed to deliver your items.
By contacting us, or ordering from us, you are allowing us to use your information in the ways stated above.
