Fordite: What a great way to Recycle and Wear a piece of American Automotive History!

I Love the colors in this pendant...

* Great Flowing colors of Greens, Blues, Cream & Reds - Fordite Agate from the St. Louis area
* I personally Hand-cut all of my stones
* and have formed this one into a Cool Wedge shape.
* It is suspended at the the base of a 29mm Sterling Silver ring
* dangling above the Car Paint stone is a Carnelian Bead Garnet which accents the red colors in the stone.
* The Pendent hangs from a 20” rounded Box chain.

One of a Kind Jewelry made from Vintage Car Paint
Called by many names…
Detroit Agate, Fordite, Motor Agate, GM Agate and so on…
Not really stone at all, but layer after layer of over-sprayed paint,
From the late 1970s and before, automotive production lines.
